新疆兵团城镇化综合发展水平实证分析

该文主要基于城镇化水平测量的综合分析方法,结合兵团的实际情况,构建了城镇化发展水平的综合指标评价体系,运用主成分分析法测算出兵团各师城镇化发展水平的综合得分以及1954-2008年间兵团城镇化发展水平。纵横比较分析兵团城镇化状况,该文认为兵团城镇化发展水平虽然从1954年至2008年增幅明显,但各师之间城镇化水平普遍偏低,且各师城镇化发展极不平衡,提出兵团在城镇化发展的进程中要协调好突出重点和均衡发展的关系,特别在推进兵团城镇化整体发展的过程中,要协调好各师的城镇化发展进程。
