| 摘 要： | 艺术教育具有促进学生全面发展的功能。高校开展公共艺术教育必须坚持普及与提高相结合,课内与课外相结合,学习与实践相结合的原则,通过课堂教学、课外校外艺术实践活动、发挥艺术社团的积极作用、营造校园文化艺术氛围等途径组织实施。

| Abstract: | Art education has the function of promoting students overall development. When holding the public art education, the university must insist on the principle of the combination of popularity and improvement, in-class and out-class, studying and practice. Through the way of teaching in the class, art practice, producing a marked effect of art association and building an environment of campus art culture, we can take this principle into practice. |
