| Abstract: | The author in the paper thinks that the substantial problems in the current tenement management are the unclear relationships of obligations, rights and benefits between the Tenement Development Company, Tenement Management Company, Property Owner and Tenant as well as Owner and Tenant Management Committee. These problems affect the development of the tenement So it is of great importance to solve these problems. |
