| 摘 要： | 纵观美国外交史,其社会多元文化的特征贯穿于美国历史始终。美国文化外交的战略手法和核心架构体系均与其多元文化特征密不可分。新世纪初,在美国多元文化的影响下,其文化外交在实施主体、手段和目的等方面也产生了多元化的轨迹。
