海河教育园区高职院校中外合作办学资源共享问题和对策研究

“优势互补，资源共享”是海河教育园区成立的根本目的。本文通过对入园的高职院校进行访谈和调研．认真分析总结园区内各高职院校在开展中外合作办学资源共享中存在的诸多问题，并试图从利用产业集聚理论．实现集团化和品牌化发展，筹备优秀教师资源库，资源有偿共享，和联合培养优秀生源等四个维度提出解决方案．以期为实现中外合作办学资源共享的高效化和教学效果的完善化，推进中国职业教育国际化提供一定的理论和实践依据。

Research on Resource Sharing of Chinese-foreign Cooperative Education Program among Vocational Colleges and Institutes in Haihe Education Park

The fundamental goal of establishing Haihe Education Park is to share resources and realize mutual compensation among colleges and institutes. Based on the interviews and researches, the thesis analyzes issues of resource sharing in conducting Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs, and manages to solve the issues through the realization of grouping and branding in line with industrial agglomeration theory, establishment of database of excellent teachers, paid communion of resources, and joint cultivation of outstanding students, thus to efficiently and perfectly promote resource sharing and teaching effect, and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the internationalization of Chinese vocational education.
