摘    要:建设一支适应现代服务业发展要求的高技能人才队伍,对提高现代服务业的核心竞争力具有重要作用,高等职业教育是现代服务业人才的主要培养基地。本文分析了目前高等职业教育人才培养模式现状和存在问题,并就其中的问题提出了对策,为人才培养模式的改革做了一定探索。

Abstract:The building of a team of high-skilled professionals suited to the demand ot modern service industry is the key to improve the core competitiveness of the modern service industry. Vocational colleges and institutes functions as the major training bases to cultivate talents for the service industry, but there are many problems they are being faced with. This paper at first makes an analysis of these problems and the current situation of the training mode, and then it proposes some solutions for reference.
