| 摘 要： | 在教育改革进一步深入发展的新形势下，加强高校学生辅导员队伍建设，是高等学校培养高素质人才的需要。目前，辅导员队伍的现状并不令人乐观，加强这支队伍建设的一些政策措施也没有完全落实到位，为此，必须认真分析在辅导员队伍建设中存在的一些问题及原因，并寻求解决存在问题的对策。
