| 摘 要： | 父母子女权利义务关系中以保护教养未成年子女为目的的亲权为其核心内容。当今主要大陆法系国家民法典无不对其设有详细的规定。在我国现行法律制度中应建立和完善亲权制度,以便更好地建立一种现代的平等的家庭关系模式,从而更好地保护未成年人的合法权益。

| Abstract: | In the relations between rights and obligations of parents' and children, regard protecting and bringing up minor children the right of relative's of the purpose as its key content.Main continent law department national the people relative of code nowadays is it have derailed regulation to their invariably to arrange.Should set up and perfect and relative's right system in our country's current legal system ,in order to establish the family relationship mode of a kind of modern equality better,thus protect minors' legitimate rights and interests better. |
