| 摘 要： | 我国高校科技产业的发展是离不开国家政策支持的,目前仍然存在不少问题,建立现代企业制度和完善中国特色现代大学制度要求我国高校科技产业必须走向社会化和市场化,但是其市场化和社会化必须有一个过渡阶段,在这个阶段要逐步建立高校投资撤出机制,保证国有资产的保值增值。
