| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省T镇的调查发现,农民对当前农村土地承包经营制度的不同方面有着不同的认知。农民对承包地的分配方式有比较肯定和一致的认知,但对承包土地履行手续情况认知的一致性较差,对土地承包年限的认知也相对较模糊。总体来看农民对当前农村土地承包经营制度持肯定态度,同时有近半数的农民对"现有土地承包关系要保持稳定并长久不变"政策表示赞同。农民对土地承包经营权流转方式的认知较准确,但对农村土地非农使用的认知与国家法律政策规定存在较大的差距,同时对有关农村土地承包经营制度的法律也并不十分了解。研究还发现不同禀赋和不同家庭特征的农民,在对农村土地承包经营制度认知的不同方面存在着差异。
