| 摘 要： | 在邓小平同志政治教育思想中,干部教育占有十分重要的位置.加强干部教育是贯彻党的基本路线不动摇的必然要求,是坚持社会主义道路的必然要求,是实现干部队伍"四化"的必然要求,是坚持党的宗旨的必然要求.干部要学习马列主义、毛泽东思想,学习经济、管理和自然科学知识.要坚持理论与实践相结合,培养与使用相结合,关心爱护与严格要求相结合.
