| Abstract: | The aim of the present paper is to point out the Floquet discriminant and the spectrum of anti-periodic regular J-self-adjoint Hill operators with complex valued periodic potentials of the type q（x）=^∞Σk=1ake^ikx,where^∞Σk=1∣ak∣〈∞. |
