新西兰研究生教育合作教学模式的特点及启示

摘    要:作为创新人才的后备梯队研究生群体是否具备良好的团队精神和合作意识对于创新人才队伍的构建具有战略意义。新西兰高等学校在研究生教育中形成了独具特色的合作教学模式:目标明确,注重全面提升学生综合能力特别是合作能力;层次丰富,实现教学过程中的多向互动;形式多样,充分诱发学生的主体作用;组织周密,保证合作教学过程具有完备的程序;多向互动,促进教师整体素质的提升。因此,中国研究生培养应更新教学理念,通过实施合作教学模式达到研究生教育的目标;着眼学生现状,通过实施合作教学模式提升研究生整体素质特别是团队意识;强化教师素质,通过实施合作教学模式促进研究生教育载体的优化;注重综合调控,通过实施合作教学模式促进研究生教育管理水平的提升。

Abstract:How to strengthen student cooperative awareness and ability in postgraduate education is an important issue for investigation into Chinese education system.Constructing an innovative nation depends on creative talents,especially innovation groups.Being the personnel source of creative talents,postgraduate students' team spirit and cooperative awareness are of strategic importance for the construction of creative talents team.As a country of immigrants,New Zealand is a multicultural society made up of diverse ethnical groups,and has developed a distinct cooperative learning modal in its tertiary educations,especially at postgraduate level.Postgraduate education has definite objectives for increasing student ability of comprehensive and cooperation learning with diverse levels of interactions among students and teachers;multiform of cooperation for strengthening student interests in learning with perfect organization of cooperation procedure;and combination of teaching and learning resources for students to broaden their prosperous and creative thinking.Therefore,the teaching idea about postgraduate education in China should be changed by means of cooperative learning modal to reach education objective,increase cooperative awareness and ability,improve teacher ability of teaching,optimize the postgraduate education system,and finally attain the goal of improving quality of postgraduate education and management.
