| 摘 要： | 转房婚是古代兄弟共妻与姊妹共夫婚姻形式的残留,随着一夫多妻婚的消除以及人们道德伦理观的变化,转房婚逐渐淡出了人们的生活.然而这种婚姻形态在如今的河湟汉族中间仍有遗迹,考察其长行不绝的原因.主要有三:一是古代汉族转房婚的历史沉淀,二是河湟地区历史上诸民族转房婚的渗透,三是财产和子嗣观念的影响.
