论我国社会转型期的政府诚信

政府诚信是指政府在行使国家行政权力,实施公共管理中,必须坚持诚实守信的原则,并以此规范和约束自身的行为方式。加强政府诚信,构建诚信政府是我国社会转型期对政府自身建设的迫切需要。构建诚信政府必须从增强政府诚信理念出发,建立政府诚信的社会道德评价机制,健全政府责任机制。

Government credit is a principle which government must stick to in enforcement of national fight and implementation of public management and is the method which government makes self-restriction and self -standardization.Consolidation of government credit and construction of credit government are urgently nee- ded for government self-construction in social reform period of China.Construction of credit government must start from increasing government credit belief,establish social moral evaluation mechanism of government cred- it and complete governmental responsibility mechanism.
