| Abstract: | Supervision of a class serves as the groundwork for talent training in institutions of higher learning, and also an important link in the process of improving teachers' qualities. Combining personal experiences being a class supervisor, the author has characterized the work of a class supervisor and the keystones to be a class supervisor. The author has also discussed how to fulfill the obligations of a class supervisor. |
