理工院校卓越法律人才培养定位的思考

“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”力图通过创新培养机制、强化实践教学和优化教师队伍等方式，推动我国法学教育整体转向和全面转型。理工院校卓越法律人才培养应以此为契机，结合法学专业特点和理工院校的自身特色，认真思考理工院校法律人才的培养定位，尽力从法律职业培养角度，从法律思维养成和法学方法训练上，不断挖掘培养对象的职业发展潜力，以科技法学、知识产权法务、企业法务等复合型、应用型职业法律人才培养模式，打造自己的法学人才培育优势。

The program of cultivating outstanding legal talents is trying to drive the transformation of the law education in our country by methods of innovating cultivation mechanism,strengthen the practice teaching and optimizing the teachers.The location of cultivating outstanding legal talents in universities of science and technology should take this chance to combine the law characteristics and the science university self feature,consider the location of cultivating legal talents to dig the talent’s potential ability,and trying to achieve this from the aspect of cultivating law profession,habit of law thinking and law training, we should also build its own advantage in law education with science and technology law,intellectual property law,enterprise law,etc.,applied professional legal training mode.
