高职院校学生思想政治教育存在的问题及应对策略

加强高职院校学生思想政治教育对提高学生政治素质、道德修养具有重要的意义.当前,高职院校学生思想政治教育取得了巨大成就,但也存在着教育目标不明确、教育方法单一、教育内容脱离学生、教育效果不明显、教育评价不科学等众多问题,严重影响了教育的效果.我们应全面认识和把握高职院校思想政治教育的特点,坚持以学生为本,采取相应措施,完善相关机制,促进高职院校学生思想政治教育水平的提高.

Higher Vocational College Students'Ideological and Political Education Problems and Coping Strategies

The ideological and political education is one of the key components of the higher vocational ed-ucation . It is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to stick with the direction of socialist educa-tion. It is of great significance to promote students'political competence and morality. At present,the ideolog-ical and political education of higher vocational colleges has made great achievements,but there are many problems,such as the education target is not clear,the education method is single,the education content is not obvious,and the education effect is not obvious. We must understand characteristics of the ideological and political education completely at higher vocational colleges,put students first,strengthen the ranks of teacher, and improve security mechanism of the ideological and political education,integrate the ideological and politi-cal education into vocational education,and constantly improve the level and effect of higher vocational college students'ideological and political education.
