| 摘 要： | 针对中国社区社会组织与社区治理问题,采用规范分析的方法,对"社区社会组织"的基本要义及其社会功能进行了简要概述,并在此基础上全面分析了社区社会组织在社区治理结构中的作用。最后得出结论:社区社会组织的发育与成长对社区治理结构转型具有战略性意义,政府应为社区社会组织的发育与成长提供充分的社会空间和资源支撑。

| Abstract: | In the last 10 years,Chinese community-based social organizations as the indispensable important forces in constructing the harmonious community have developed rapidly and played a positive role in the economy and social life.The paper uses the standard analysis method research,overviews the meaning and social functions of the community-based social organizations,and analysizes comprehensively the function in the community governance structure.The paper comes to the conclusion that the development of community-based social organizations plays a strategic role in the transformation of community governance structure and the government should provide them with social space and resources. |
