| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是一种表征人类先进伦理文化的发展观。在认识和处理人与自然、人与人以及人与物的关系时，体现的是和谐共生、公平正义和以人为本的伦理精神；强调把主体与客体、人与对象、必然与自由等对立统一的要素，和谐有序地排列组合起来，实现人与自然和谐共处、人与人和谐共生以及人自身的和谐全面发展。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Strategy of Development is an approach to development representing the advanced ethics of human being. In understanding and managing the relationship between mankind and nature, between men them- selves and between man and material, the approach embodies the ethics of symbiosis, justice and people orientation. It emphasizes the permutation and combination of such factors of both contradiction and unity as subject and object, man and nature, necessity and freedom. |
