| 摘 要： | 商标法具有保护商标专用权的目的,具体体现为商标法中保护商标专用权的原则和制度.保护商标专用权是商标立法的基础和核心.保护消费者利益也是商标立法中调整商标关系的一项基本准则.商标法的重要目的还体现在保护合法竞争、促进有效竞争,以及在此基础之上的制止不正当竞争和维护市场竞争秩序方面.研究商标法的目的,有利于深刻地透视商标法的基本精神.
