| 摘 要： | 作为中国国民经济的重要组成部分的民营经济,依然遭受着法律、法规不健全或贯彻不到位以及“准国民待遇”问题。因此,要改善民营经济发展的宏观环境,建立健全关于民营企业的法律法规体系;强化民营企业的“国民”地位、完善有关发展民营企业的政策体系。

| Abstract: | As an important part of Chinese national economy,non-state economies are still subject to some problems,such as imperfect laws and regulations,quasi-national treatment.So improving macro-environment for the development of non-state economies is an important subject in the face of the government.Such being the case,some suggestions are given,for instance,establishing and perfecting system of laws and regulations about non-state enterprises;strengthening national status of non-state enterprises. |
