成都建设西南地区区域性金融中心的构想

区域性金融中心对地区经济的发展有着至关重要的作用,中央政府对西南区域经济的中长期战略部署,客观上也要求西南五省市具备一个区域性金融中心。成都凭借其在综合经济实力、金融业发展、地理位置等方面的优势,在西南地区各省市中拔得头筹。在构建西南地区区域性金融中心的过程中,成都可借鉴“北京金融街模式”,实行“分步实施、分层推进”的战略部署;积极推进“信息成都”、“诚信成都”、“金融成都”的建设;在构建初期,选择政府主导为主的地方金融发展模式,加大政府对金融的支持力度。

Furthermore, in the initial construction stage, Chengdu should choose the government-leading pattern for the development of local finance, and increase the government support to finance.
