| 摘 要： | 马克思关于商业劳动是生产性劳动的观点有一定局限。本文认为，不论是运输、保管、包装亦或售卖，商业劳动都是生产性劳动。商业劳动作为生产性劳动，其逻辑限度表现为对产业劳动的最终依赖性和自身的相对独立性。商业劳动有寄售制、包销制、连锁制、租赁制等实现形式
