| 摘 要： | 科学发展观为城市经济发展指明了方向。它要求城市经济发展必须同加快区域经济发展相协调,必须坚持以人为本的发展理念,必须摆脱不合时宜的传统思维框架。结合云南省保山市的实际,用科学发展观指导城市经济发展,应该走特色城市之路,构建中心城市体系;实施制度创新,解决好城市经济发展中的人口问题和土地问题;强化城市产业体系建设,促进工业化与城市化互动;树立产业化发展理念,实现经济与社会协调发展;坚持可持续发展战略,在城市经济发展中实现人与自然和谐发展。
