| 摘 要： | 反贫困是世界性难题，对于中国则更具有紧迫的现实意义和深远的理论价值。本文阐释了贫困经济学的由来，运用其理论描述、分析与评价了贫困地区人口可持续发展的六大制约因素，并提出相应的对策。

This paper explains the origin of poverty econ- omy and goes on to describe, analyze and evaluate the sit cardinal fectors that condition the sustainable poghallon growth in poverty-stricken areas. |
