| 摘 要： | 产业政策是政府为实现其经济发展目标而制定的一系列政策的总和,着重有形的手的作用,它的实施可能会出现对竞争的限制甚至消除的情形;而竞争政策则是以确保无形的手的有效运作为直接目的,维护竞争的自由和公平,确保有效竞争的实现。如何有效地使竞争政策和产业政策相协调是我国目前一个需要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Industrial policy is a total of a series of policy that the government establishes to realize its economy development target,which emphasizes the function of the "visible hand",so it is possible that its operation restricts even dissolves the valid competition.For another,competition policy supports free and equative competition and insures the realization of effective competition,whose direct purpose is that insures the valid operation of the "invisible hand".How to effectively cooperate competition policy with industrial polity is a problem that our country resolves presently. |
