廉政政策传播模式的缺陷与突破

如何及时、准确、有效地将廉政政策传播到位，既是廉政政策研究的薄弱环节，也是廉政政策执行不力的重要原因。我国既有廉政政策传播模式无论是在传播渠道、传播媒介、传播内容等方面都存在明显的缺陷。为了突破现有传播模式缺陷，提升廉政政策传播效果，必须因应新情况、新问题，大力推进廉政政策传播模式的创新：一是充分利用现代新媒体技术，导入全媒体联动传播模式；二是大胆进行传播内容创新，增强政策传播实际效果；三是构建政府、媒体、公众三方良性互动的政策传播新模式。

Defects and Breakthroughs of the Communication Mode of Incorrupt Policy

How to spread the incorrupt policy in place timely , accurately and effectively does not get enough attention of the Party and government .It is not only the weak link of policy research , but also the important reason for the weak execution of incorrupt policy .There are obvious defects in China＇s present propagation modes of incor-rupt policy in the terms of communication channels , the media, and the dissemination of the contents .To resolve the defects and improve the effect of incorrupt policy , we must innovate the modes of policy propagation to adapt to new situations, firstly, introducing all-media-linkage communication mode , secondly, innovating the content of communication;thirdly , constructing the mode of positive interaction among the government , media and the public .
