| Abstract: | This paper analyses the targets of the performance measurement of basic scientific research. It surveys all the major factors affecting the measurement. Then it establishes a reasonable target system of the performance measurement. On the basis of this, it designs a comprehensive statistical table of the performance measurement and constructs a model of the performance measurement of basic scientific research. |
