| 摘 要： | 电子商务在我国已渗透到日常生活的各个方面 ,并带来了社会、政治、经济、法律、文化等方面许多问题 ,必须通过立法对其加以引导和规范。但电子商务立法面临的电子签名认证、税收等法律问题仍需要进一步加以探讨。针对电子商务立法存在的问题 ,我国可以采取制定电子商务单行法和修改有关法律法规并进的立法模式

| Abstract: | Electronic commerce has pervaded into almost every aspect of life in China and aroused many social problems, thus it is necessary for China to legislate in this field. Further studies are needed with regard to legislative problems in electronic signature, electronic contracts, revenue, etc. Facing these problems, Chinese government can legislate basic law of electronic commerce and amend other laws to regulate electronic commerce. |
