| Abstract: | Physical education is rooted in people's psychological needs. Gym physical education and sports physical education originate from different life awareness. Sports physical education shows the character of the public rites .It is the public psychological needs that create the two types of physical ideals. The life awareness and the spirit of devotion form a solid foundation for the development of the physical needs. |
