| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是一项长期、复杂的战略性系统工程。本文在概观先行国家农业、农村发展经验的基础上,探讨了新农村建设过程中的五大关键任务,论证了建设新农村的三条适宜可行的路径。
