| 摘 要： | 在民法视野中,对不可抗力与意外事件的研究较少,但由此引发的纠纷却大量存在,以致司法实践中经常将二者混淆,对其作为法定免责事由的认识也难以统一。为正确实现二者在法律中不同的免责功能,在廓清其概念的基础上,就二者的区别及各自在民法中的免责效力试作阐述。
