本科毕业生就业率分析与研究

以昆明某大学本科毕业生初次签约率为依据,分析了本科生就业率的特点和影响本科生充分就业的主要因素,认为近几年来本科生就业率下滑,主要是由于云南省工业基础薄弱,产业升级,结构调整缓慢,在一定程度上限制了本地区对本科生人才的需求和吸纳能力,以及高校对市场人才需求的反应速度滞后等供求之间的结构性矛盾造成的。

Analysis and Research on Employment Rate of Graduates

Based on the first-time employment contract signing rate of a university in Kunming,the characteristics of graduate employment and the factors influencing the employment of graduates are analyzed in this paper.The paper argues that the downward tendency of the graduate employment rate in recent years is mainly due to the weak industrial basis of Yunnan as well as the slow speed in industrial upgrading and industrial restructure,which,to some degree,limits the demand and employment ability of the local area.In addition,it is also due to the structural contradiction between supply and demand such as the slow response of the tertiary institutions to the market demand for human resources.
