大学新生心理健康状况调查及干预对策

为了及时把握大学新生的心理基本情况，更有效地对新生在学习、生活、思想上提供帮助和指导，促进他们全面发展，湖南科技大学心理健康中心在2008年10月下旬使用中国大学生心理健康量表，对2008级新生进行了心理健康状况调查，发现影响新生心理健康状况的因素有偏执症状、焦虑、抑郁、精神病倾向、性心理障碍、自卑六个方面，而且相互影响、相互加深。建议引导大学新生适应大学的环境和学习方式，增强新生自主学习能力；利用课堂教育手段，培养新生良好品质，提高其自我心理保健意识；引导大学新生建立良好的人际关系，融人崭新的大学校园生活；加强新生的心理辅导工作，提高新生心理素质；通过心理健康咨询机构，构建完善的大学生心理危机干预运行机制。

An Investigation into Freshmen's Psychological Health and the Corresponding Measures

In order to explore the state of freshmen＇s psychological health and provide effective helps for their study, life and psychological health, an investigation into the freshmen＇s psychological health was made in Hunan University of Science and Technology in October,2008. The statistics show that biased symptom, anxiety, despondency, spiritual tendency, sexual psychological barrier, and inferiority complex constitute the main causes of their mental problems,and these psychological problems can produce effects on each other. Six main causes of the mental problems exist in the process of students＇ growth. It is suggested that the freshmen be guided to adapt to the campus environment, try to utilize the classroom education method to improve their psychological quality and psychological health, establish favorable interpersonal relations, strengthen the psychological-health-related consultation, and construct the intervention mechanism for students＇ psychological health.
