| 摘 要： | 从自主学习的内涵入手,分析了自主学习模式在中北大学的试点情况.指出自主学习教学模式要求老师在教学过程中要进行角色定位与功能转换.学生是自主学习的主体,但自主学习决不是没有教师参与的学习,教师在学生自主学习能力培养过程中是不可或缺的.教师肩负着"组织"、"控制"、"指导"、"评估"和"提供咨询"等职责,在促进学生自我实现并定期向他们提供帮助方面起着至关重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Start with the meaning of autonomous learning mode,this paper analyse its experiment condition in North University of China.The author points out that the new learning mode of autonomous learning advocated role identification and function switching of teachers in the process of teaching.Students are the main body of learning,but self study is never a study without teachers' participation.Teachers play critical roles in fostering autonomous learning ability among the students and undertake the responsibility for organization,control,guidance,assessment and consultation offering. |
