| 摘 要： | 提高高职学生的英语听说能力是大学英语教学的一项重要任务。目前，高职学生英语基础薄弱，高职院校教师素质有待提高，教学方法还不能完全满足教学需求。文章结合当今高职英语听说课程现状，提出了相应的改进策略和可行措施，旨在提高学生的英语听说能力。

| Abstract: | To improve English listening and speaking ability of higher vocational students is an important task in college English teaching. Currently, the English foundation of higher vocational students is weak. Teachers of higher vocational colleges are not of high quality; teaching methods can not meet the teaching needs. According to the typical problems in present English listening and speaking course in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward some improving strategies and measurements, aiming at developing students English listening and speaking abilities to face talent competition and challenge. |
