| 摘 要： | 提升高职院校青年教师的实践能力,需要青年教师定期到企业进行实践.通过对政府、学校、企业和教师自身存在的问题进行分析和研究,提出了在明确各方权责关系的前提下,建立由政府主导,由学校、企业和青年教师参与的协调制度、运行制度和保障制度,从而确保青年教师到企业实践的顺利展开.

| Abstract: | To improve the practical ability, the vocational school young teachers need to practice in the enterprise regularly. This paper analyze the problem of the government, schools, enterprise and the teachers themselves and study the rights and responsibilities between the four main body, put forward the coordination system, running system and security system to ensure the young teachers join the practices in the enterprise. |
