| Abstract: | The teachers training is on the teaching post after its constantly updated knowledge and skill exercise effective form. Combining mechanic course teaching reform in colleges and universities integration, integration of mechanic in the country more than 70 colleges and universities teacher training, on the basis of present situation investigation and study, discusses the effective measures of integration of mechanic college teacher training, so as to promote teachers＇ professional growth. |
