| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the causes and harm of deficiency and risk of social credit in every aspect of socio-economic life in the transition period of China. It is proposed that the measure to tackle this issue is to reinforce the ruling by law to normalize the credit relation, strengthen the ruling by morality to intensify the credit awareness; to establish the correct social credit concept; to carry out comprehensive improvement of social credit crisis; to quicken the establishment of the social credit system and propel the benign operation and sound development of the market economy. |
