| Abstract: | We have to take into consideration the characteristics, functions, nature, denotation and connotation of adult education if we are to build an aim-oriented structure of it. Our educational perspectives must be renewed, multi-models established, educational facilities improved and qualified teaching staff trained so as to usher the huge project of adult education into the new century. |
