| Abstract: | Teachers have been looked as an occupation of high stress.Reading teacher's stress is the most challenging problem at present.The paper focuses on stress in the teaching profession.In the paper,you can find that term of stress is defined,the efects of stress are described,major sources of stress are identified,ways in which teachers can cope with stress are suggested. |
