| 摘 要： | 在工业化中后期,服务业的集聚现象是现代经济发展的重要特征。通过对现有文献的梳理,发现涉及到服务业集聚水平的测度的文献较少。本文以此为出发点,在回顾了有关产业集聚测度方面的相关理论后,对CES函数进行了扩展应用,以更好地得到能反映服务业集聚水平的h指数,并从指数中分解出布局集聚经济、城市集聚经济和内部集聚经济等三个因素来分析其具体的影响程度。在此基础上,通过对广州市批发零售业集聚水平的实证发现,广州市批发零售业呈现出了集聚态势,整体行业处于规模报酬递增阶段,从2004年开始有持续上升趋势,但是这一集聚水平明显受到布局集聚经济和城市集聚经济的影响,而内部集聚经济影响不明显。
