| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, to safeguard a fair and competitive market system and steady growth and security of economy, the departments of business and administration will regulate and improve their functions, structures and the means of management in terms of such rules of WTO as uniformity and transparency, access to market, national treatment and fair trade to monitor and manage the foreign run market entities. |
