Evolution of Historical Consciousness in the Development of Hermeneutics

Historical consciousness has gradually become clearwith the development of hermeneutics from Schleiermacher to Gada- mer. However, both ＂psychological transference＂ and ＂Erlebnis＂ reflect the different ways of historical thinking in hermeneutics. In fact, clarifying the skeleton of the development of hermeneutics will not only help to establish hermeneutical theory system, but to build a foundation of reviving of the human sciences and predict the tendency of hermeneutics in the future. The thesis suggests the process of the evolution of historical consciousness through analysis of historical consciousness in hermeneutical history. And claim the flaw of historical consciousness in the development of hermeneutics for understanding and prediction of tendency of hermeneutics.
