| 摘 要： | 新建院校的教学质量监控与保障体系,包含了对师生、教学条件以及规划设施等因素的评价和调控,需要对院校的实际状况进行调查分析,找出存在的问题及原因,并提出构建与完善新建院校教学质量保障与监控体系的方法与对策,主要是提高院校领导教学质量意识、推动管理制度的改进、加强质量信息监控、构建质量评价体系,从而有效提高新建院校的教学质量.

| Abstract: | Newly - built university teaching quality and guarantee system include the factors of evaluation and regulation towards students, teaching condition and plans, which are based on the research on the newly -built universities. According to this, problems and reasons could be found. Methods and measures will be put forward to improve leaders＇ consciousness of teaching quality, management system, quality information control and quality evaluation, upgrading teaching quality. |
