| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是知识的重要组成部分,创新人才的培养源于隐性知识的生成与获得.文章从隐性知识的内涵、特征、价值入手,探讨了隐性知识在培养研究生创新能力方面的作用,并对创造条件,提高个人隐性知识含量,培养研究生创新能力提出了建议.
