Multidimensional Examination of Football Professional Reforming from Inclusive Growth

From inclusive growth perspective reflecting football professional reform, the research thinks that there are big obstacles influencing football professional reform process such as the unclear reform goal orientation, physical barriers, distorted and imbalanced relationship, lag of reserve personnel training, and one-sided understanding problems in the reform. Based on inclusive growth, deepening the professional football reform must adapt to market economy, change development mode, transform the management system and operation mechanism to break system barriers, strengthen the reserve personnel training system construction, and objectively and rationally understand the reform achievements and existing problems.
