| 摘 要： | 一个正式的行政听证程序,必须要有完备的制度体系,而我国行政听证制度体系很不健全.本文主要选取行政听证的范围、物质保障制度、听证主持人制度、行政听证监督制度、听证笔录效力制度进行剖析,并提出了自己的立法建议.

| Abstract: | There should be a perfect system for a formal administrative hearing procedure while the administrative hearing is not perfect in our country. The paper mainly analyzed the range of administrative hearing, the system of substance guarantee of administrative hearing, the system of administrative hearing officers, the supervision system of administrative hearing and the system of validity of notes of administrative hearing and put forward the authors' legislation suggestion. |
