| 摘 要： | 网络化浪潮带来了一些不良的网络现象和网络行为，对教育对象、高校思想政治工作的内容方法及教育者提出了挑战，要从提高大学生综合素质、创新思想政治工作内容和方法、提高思想政治工作者的现代科技素质、加强网络监控和管理几个方面着手，不断改进和加强网络化时代的高校思想政治工作。

We can begin with the following four steps:improving of the general qualities of college stu- dents; innovating on the content and the means of ideology and politics education;raising qualities of educators;continu- ously improving the controlling and the managing of network. |
